This job requires onsite participation.## **About the role you are considering**Looking for a highly technical System Analyst to act as a bridge between Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineers in a Java-heavy MDM ecosystem. This role functions as a pseudo Tech Lead, reducing dependency on TLs for day-to-day technical discussions.**Key Responsibilities:** Understand and navigate Java backend systems end-to-end Drive technical discussions, design alignment, and issue resolution Act as technical coordinator across teams (Architects, TLs, Engineers) Analyze code, data flows, and system dependencies Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and debugging**Required Skills:** Strong Java (enterprise backend / Spring) expertise Advanced SQL and data analysis skills Experience in large-scale, data-heavy / MDM environments Ability to translate architecture into implementation guidance**Nice to Have:** Prior Tech Lead / SME experience Exposure to MDM platforms or asset management domain Hands-on coding (preferred but not mandatory)The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 86129 to 127189 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
