This fleet runs highly structured, dependable overnight routes with lighter traffic delays. You will handle steady, recurring regional lanes, stack high-payout touch freight incentives, and sleep in your own bed at the end of every single shift.

- Target Average: $1,450 gross every single week
- Top-Tier Potential: Strong experience-based base mileage pay (CPM)

Account Schedule & Reality
- Shift Profile: High-volume overnight operations utilizing empty highways for smooth travel
- Weekly Calendar: Open flexibility for nights and weekends within your normal work week rotation
- Commute: Must maintain reliable personal transportation to report to the home terminal daily
Professional Prerequisites
- Valid Class A CDL license
- At least 3 months of experience in the last 36 months
- Physical capability to manage live trailer unloads using mechanical assist tools
- Solid safety profile with a clean MVR and background history
- Professional, customer-focused communication standard
- Not SAP Friendly
