Job Description We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to support our business growth initiatives. In this role, you will assist with client communications, market research, lead management, and administrative coordination while working closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships. Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities.
- Maintain and update client and prospect information.
- Support outreach efforts through professional communication with prospective clients.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and business documents.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service.
- Help manage project timelines and business development initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software.
