Senior Business Development Representative

The Core Mission Of The Business Development Representative The BDR plays a vital role in building the sales pipeline to ensure the success and growth of our B2B solutions. As a Sr BDR at HTB, your primary focus will involve conducting extensive market research to discover new potential business clients and initiating contact with them. The remaining time will be dedicated to qualifying leads through calls and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective BDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails. This role is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime. The expected schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week. Additional hours must be approved in advance. HTB follows all federal and state overtime regulations. Location & Work Mode US, East Coast / Central US Fully Remote Full-time, non-exempt The Fellowship You’ll Be Joining You’ll be part of a diverse revenue team, consisting of BDRs, AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing professionals. As a Business Development Representative at HTB, you’ll report to our BDR Head (US-based), who will guide your growth in the role, while working closely with AEs in your region. Technology Tools & Weapons You’ll Be Using You’ll wield a powerful arsenal of technology tools to conquer your goals, including Hubspot, Apollo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more… Additional Resources For You To Check Mastering momentum: A look back at HTB 2025 Revenue Kickoff event Customer Stories Meet our sale team Read about Vasilikis’ journey into commercial sales Responsibilities Have a direct impact on the team’s success, as the first point of contact for new HTB customers Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB Collaborate with Marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve generation of leads Contact potential clients through various means of communication Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services Qualifications Professional experience with sales and a clear sales career orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude Excellent organizational skills Comfortable talking to strangers and expert at making the first contact and building valuable relationships Enthusiasm for calling and an ability to adapt to each prospect Good, positive attitude is a must!
