Benefits Analyst: HRIS & Open Enrollment Specialist
Women
Women’s Care is seeking a Benefits Analyst in Tampa to develop, administer, and manage employee benefits programs. You will answer questions, coordinate leaves, ensure compliance with FMLA/ADA regulations, and support Open Enrollment with communications and audits. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of benefits experience, with Paycom experience a plus.
