If you have experience or the desire to learn, we want to talk to you! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various corrugate components and products in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success, and you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.Hours:1st shift 6am to 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday and overtime.Key Responsibilities:Assemble various components and products according to specifications and blueprints.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in assembly or a related field.Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours.Good hand-eye coordination.Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.Understanding of machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly assignments.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with hand and power tools.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.Skills: As an Assembly professional, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to fulfill assembly tasks. Your excellent communication and teamwork skills will be essential for collaborating with other team members and resolving issues during the assembly process.
