Production Assistant

Part-Time Production & Operations Assistant 10–15 hours per week | Potential for additional seasonal hours SoulDeo Naturals is a growing natural body care company based in Lubbock, Texas, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our small but mighty team! This is a hands-on, part-time position that supports many areas of our business. No two days are necessarily the same! You may be helping manufacture and package our products one day, preparing and shipping customer orders the next, and occasionally helping us sell at a local market or event. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with the manufacturing and production of SoulDeo products Measuring, mixing, pouring, filling, labeling and packaging products Preparing ingredients, containers and supplies for production Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools and work areas Maintaining a clean, organized and efficient production space Packing and shipping wholesale and online customer orders Receiving, organizing and restocking inventory and supplies Preparing products and displays for markets, trade shows and events Occasionally assisting with sales at local markets and events Helping with general day-to-day tasks wherever needed in our growing small business We’re Looking for Someone Who Is: Dependable, punctual and trustworthy Hardworking and comfortable in a hands-on environment Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes, instructions and procedures accurately Organized and able to work efficiently Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive production tasks Able to lift and move boxes and production supplies as needed Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers when helping at events Willing to learn and jump in wherever help is needed Able to work independently as well as part of a small team Experience in manufacturing, production, fulfillment, retail or customer service is an asset, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person. Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week. Hours may increase during busy seasons, large orders, markets and trade shows. Some occasional weekend availability for events may be requested.
