Your Day-to-Day:

As Kitchen Manager, you'll oversee all back-of-house operations while leading by example on the line. You'll be responsible for maintaining food quality and consistency, managing labor and food costs, ensuring sanitation and safety standards, and coaching your team to perform at a high level. Success in this role comes from being present, engaged, and passionate about developing people while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

 

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of salaried kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
• Proven experience managing food quality, inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
• A positive attitude and hands-on leadership style
