What You’ll Do: Lead and review complex business tax engagements, ensuring technical excellence and accuracy. Prepare returns and delegate tasks to empower your team and streamline deliverables. Build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, helping them plan for what’s next, not just what’s now. Offer strategic tax consulting, projections, and planning advice that brings clarity and value. Mentor staff, helping them gain the confidence, skills, and mindset to take their careers to the next level. What You Bring: CPA license and a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Master’s in Taxation preferred. 3 – 7 years in public accounting, with at least a year leading or supervising others. Confidence in your technical tax skills and a passion for developing people and client relationships. Familiarity with modern tax software and a desire to work smarter, not just harder.
