Our culture encourages individual growth and development, rewards personal excellence and supports our communities.We are currently looking for a Tax Manager to join our awesome team already in place.We offer you:Unlimited career growth and potentialReasonable work schedules with flexible hours and a great work/life balance (yes it is possible)Excellent compensation and benefits packageA truly supportive team and firm cultureIf the below qualifications describe your background, please apply for confidential consideration so that we can set up an exploratory conversation:5+ years of progressive tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accountingBachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree in AccountingLicensed CPAExcellent analytical, technical, and tax accountingExceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsStrong leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Experience with tax software (preferably CCH Axcess) with the desire to quickly learn new software programsWorks well with managing a variety of projects and thrives in a fast-paced environmentCustomer service oriented really enjoys people and getting to know our clients, their businesses and the industries that they operate in.As a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include:Management of the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, tax- exempt and other types of tax returns.Management of the preparation of income tax projections that involve multiple scenarios and complex analysisCoordination and communication with client personnel and others to obtain information essential to delivering tax servicesPlan and supervise the preparation of schedules and analyses of accounts needed for the preparation of income tax returns and other tax servicesRemain knowledgeable of new technical developments and leading-edge technologies that are of interest to the firm. Managers must also strive to develop and improve communication, management and leadership skills.Department: Tax Department Location: Atlanta , GA
