Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor Location: Berkshire. Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE). 3-6 post‑qualification experience (PQE) required. Responsibilities Work closely with Partners on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity transactions. Manage own caseload whilst supporting more complex transactions, ensuring efficient progress to a high standard. Maintain and develop client relationships, providing clear and commercially focused advice. Supervise junior colleagues where appropriate and support business development and networking initiatives. Qualifications Qualified Solicitor with three to six years’ post‑qualification experience in corporate law. Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions and a solid grounding in a range of corporate transactions. Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills. A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Team‑player who contributes to business development and supports junior members of the team.
