Job Title Contract Administrator Job Responsibilities Coordinate with sub-contractors and follow‑up as needed regarding bid submittals, changes in scheduling and other administrative functions. Coordinate and process paperwork, including pay applications, subcontractor certificates, and other administrative documents. Provide administrative support to the Estimating department, project managers and field leadership. Recommend and support process improvements. Build and maintain positive and professional relationships, both inside and outside the organization. Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity. Job Qualifications High School Diploma, some college preferred, but not required. Background in construction and accounts payable preferred, but not required. Familiarity with ViewPoint software helpful, but not required. Working and demonstrable knowledge of MS Office software. Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills, along with a strong understanding of email etiquette. Ability to multi‑task, maintain organization and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be energetic, flexible and a motivated self‑starter who enjoys working with several levels of the organization. What do we offer?
