Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Retrieve Physical Therapy, you will:

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in conducting patient evaluations and assessments, ensuring that all interactions are performed with empathy and respect.
• Help modify treatment plans and exercises as instructed by the supervising Physical Therapist, prioritizing the needs and comfort of each patient.
• Instruct and supervise patients during therapeutic exercises, employing positive reinforcement and a patient-centric approach for maximum effectiveness.
• Apply a range of therapeutic modalities, including heat, cold, and electrical stimulation, while maintaining the utmost care regarding patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients and their families in effective exercise techniques to facilitate at-home practice, ensuring they feel confident and guided in their recovery journey.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, utilizing our electronic health record system to track treatment outcomes and communicate findings with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare members to coordinate care, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records adhering to regulatory standards, with an emphasis on confidentiality and detail.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

• Solid understanding of physical therapy principles, practices, and patient management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
