Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual diagnostic assessments and psychosocial evaluations to understand clients’ needs and develop individualized therapeutic plans.

• Design and implement comprehensive service plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide clinical therapy in various formats, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a personalized approach to each client's therapeutic journey.

• Perform in-depth psychosocial assessments and placement evaluations to guide treatment strategies and interventions.

• Deliver ongoing case management and recovery support services, maintaining a structured and holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in consultative discussions with colleagues and multidisciplinary team members to enhance treatment approaches and intervention strategies.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with external partners, including community treatment centers, probation departments, and other relevant agencies, to facilitate a comprehensive support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
