Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling and psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of clients, implementing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Create and oversee the execution of individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies based on client feedback and development.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in navigating social services, financial aid, and housing support to remove barriers to their recovery.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients encountering urgent mental health challenges, including crises related to suicidal thoughts or substance use.

• Engage proactively in community education initiatives aimed at increasing awareness about mental health issues and reducing associated stigma.

• Maintain rigorous documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations to ensure the highest standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves working primarily with individuals in a detox environment, including those coping with substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
