Lead Painter

Lightmen Painting is hiring a lead painter to help run projects, maintain quality, and keep production moving in the field. This role is for someone with strong hands‑on painting experience who can lead by example, keep jobs organized, communicate clearly, and maintain standards without constant supervision. You should know how to prep properly, paint efficiently, solve field problems, and help less experienced painters stay productive. The lead painter is not just another body on the job. This person helps set the tone, maintain flow, and protect quality. We want someone who works hard, thinks ahead, communicates like an adult, and takes pride in clean work.
