HIRING: Data Entry Associate

Job Description In this role, the individual will be responsible for working within the organization to visit departments, collect lab boxes, and complete necessary paperwork. They will gather the lab boxes, enter the collected information into the computer system, and then return the lab boxes to the main hospital office. Responsibilities Visit various departments to collect lab boxes. Complete necessary paperwork associated with lab box collection. Enter information collected from lab boxes into the computer system. Return lab boxes to the main hospital office. Essential Skills Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Effective typing skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required to become full-time. Must be computer savvy. Ability to utilize handheld devices. Work Environment This position requires working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Candidates must be comfortable with both shifts. One Saturday and Sunday per month are required, with a typical compensatory day off during the week, unless overtime is desired. The work environment is a major hospital within a 45-minute area, offering upward growth within the organization. The dress code requires comfortable clothes and shoes, as employees will be on their feet frequently. Clothing should not have rips or be worn out. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, NY. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
