- Accurately weigh outbound trucks while ensuring compliance with scale house procedures and safety standards
- Review, process, and dispatch aggregate orders to maintain efficient and continuous material flow
- Perform detailed recordkeeping, including tickets, transactions, and sales reconciliation
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, production, and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment
- Serve as a traveling resource for local quarries within the Southern Indiana area
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of computer systems, ticketing, and data entry applications
- Ability to support and guide team members while promoting consistency and adherence to procedures
- Competitive base salary $38,360 - $45,075
