Pay Rate: $ Hours: M-F 8-5pm - In Person Location: 2125 State Road 38, Malta IL Assignment Duration: 3 month Potential to convert to FTE
Resource's typical working day: At the reception position on the site Greeting people to the site The client uses it as a showcase for their customers, they have touring groups and visiting groups on a regular basis Sitting at front desk, processing visitors and guests Help organize the meeting rooms, if there was any kind of ordering of food and refreshments
Must Have Skills: Good communication Being proactive Someone who can be the face of the building, will be the first face customers see
Years of Experience: Looking for someone who has reception or hospitality experience Education High School Diploma Software skills: MS Office Suite
