Dental Hygienist- 1 hour appointments

Deliver exceptional preventive care, including gentle yet thorough scaling, root planing, and prophylaxis.
Perform comprehensive dental assessments, complete detailed charting, and capture high-quality digital X-rays.
Empower patients by teaching effective oral hygiene habits, post-treatment care, and overall wellness guidance.
Partner closely with our dentist and clinical team to create seamless, personalized treatment plans and outstanding patient outcomes.
Maintain precise, up-to-date patient records while strictly following HIPAA and clinical documentation standards.
Ensure a safe, sterile environment by properly disinfecting, preparing, and maintaining instruments and equipment.
Support the clinical flow as needed, including chairside assistance and helping create an inviting, comfortable experience for every patient.
Stay ahead of the curve by engaging with new technologies, tools, and best practices in modern dental hygiene.

full-time $70 - $75 per hour

Office Hours
Monday- Thursday 7am- 4pm, Friday 7am-2pm

• Driver’s license
• General Dentistry
• Licensed dental hygienist

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Washington.
Current CPR certification.
Proficiency in direct patient care and comprehensive dental hygiene procedures.
Strong understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and infection prevention protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first approach.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

It is a plus if you have experience using Dentrix practice management software and Dexis digital imaging.
Familiarity with modern hygiene technology, including air polishers and lasers.
