Dental receptionist / admin

Millennium Dental Clinic in Kirkland, WA is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to support our front desk operations. As the first point of contact for patients, you will provide excellent service, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth administrative functions in a busy, patient-oriented environment.

Dental receptionist / admin

Greet and check in patients promptly and courteously
Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow using eClinicalWorks software
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
Maintain and update patient records accurately
Coordinate insurance verification and process payments
Assist with general administrative and front desk duties as needed

part-time $25 - $28 per hour

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekends off

Experience as a dental receptionist or in a comparable administrative role
Strong patient service and communication skills
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar dental practice management software
Basic office and medical administrative support experience
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced front desk environment
Entry level candidates with relevant internship or office experience are welcome to apply

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting
Knowledge of dental insurance procedures
