What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are sterilized and ready for use Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative care Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Support infection control and OSHA compliance protocols Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding patient experience What We're Looking For Current Washington State Dental Assistant registration (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-first mentality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital dentistry and dental software preferred Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical benefits Paid time off and holidays 401(k) options Continuing education opportunities Supportive leadership and a great team culture Consistent Monday–Thursday schedule with work-life balance Schedule Full-Time Monday – Thursday Why Bridle Trails?
