Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience practicing within a school or educational setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and oversee effective behavior intervention plans
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret the findings to drive targeted interventions
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans
- Provide staff training and ongoing consultation to ensure fidelity in behavioral strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
- Collect and analyze behavior data to adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and document service delivery according to school protocols
