Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia is required
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
• Flexibility and adaptability in working with diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten through high school, in alignment with IEP goals and school protocols
• Evaluate and assess students’ functional abilities, develop therapy plans, and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education professionals, and parents to ensure integrated support
• Travel between three assigned school locations to deliver consistent services
• Support classroom participation and independence through tailored interventions and consultative strategies
