Strategic Service Delivery Manager - KPI & Training Lead

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee audits, training, and emergency procedures for the JSOC from its Redwood City, CA location. You will deliver KPIs and SLAs from the vendor to the purchaser, partner with client managers to shape the program's strategic direction, and review after-action reports with actionable recommendations.
