Who we are: Leo A. Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions. PRTF's are more intensive than other services, such as residential treatment or day treatment, but less medically intensive than a psychiatric hospital. Every client has an individualized plan of care based on all aspects of the individual's situation.

What we're looking for: Leo A. Hoffmann Center is seeking a full time Human Resources Specialist to join the team. This position is responsible for performing and assisting with HR related duties on a professional level in the areas of payroll management, recruitment and new hire process, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Starting Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct employee recruitment process including writing and placing recruitment ads.
• Coordinate and assist with the orientation process for all new employees
• Assist with benefit administration
• Maintain personnel records and knowledge of online payroll/timekeeping database
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and labor laws
• Attend job fairs as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources
• Ability to relate to clients, co-workers, and the public.
