I'm retained on a confidential search for the first ever General Counsel at a fast scaling, well capitalised energy infrastructure platform. This is a genuine build it yourself GC seat, not a big company GC role with a team underneath you. You'll be the first legal hire, reporting into senior leadership, standing up the legal function from scratch and managing all outside counsel as the company scales rapidly over the next few years. What you'll own from day one: -Commercial contracts and offtake agreements Site control and interconnection matters Regulatory and permitting workstreams Managing outside counsel across every practice area Who this is right for: 6-15 years PQE in power, energy infrastructure, or adjacent project development work Ideally you've already built something from scratch, a legal function, a template library, a process, from nothing You're ready to step into a GC seat, or you're already GC somewhere and want a bigger platform to build on You want real ownership and a seat at the table, not a purely advisory role Compensation is competitive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
