General Counsel

Warren Recruiting’s client, private equity-backed chemicals company in search of a General Counsel to lead its Legal function. This is a high-impact executive role for an accomplished attorney seeking to join a growing and innovative organization in the chemical manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal leadership across all areas of the business Manage and negotiate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) , joint ventures, and other strategic transactions Draft and review complex commercial contracts and supply agreements Oversee corporate governance , compliance, and general corporate legal matters Support technology transfer initiatives, including licensing and intellectual property matters Qualifications: J.D. from an leading law school and admission Texas state bar 10+ years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house counsel roles Strong background in M&A , contract negotiation, and corporate law Experience in the chemicals , manufacturing , or industrial sectors is preferred Familiarity with technology transfer and IP-related agreements is a plus This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal leader to make a meaningful impact working closely with senior executives and investors. #J-18808-Ljbffr
