Schedule/Hours:

• Guaranteed 36 hours weekly
• Weekend hours as needed
• Two on-call shifts per 8-week period
• Float coverage at both Sanford and Biddeford campuses

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist with active credentials
• Minimum 2 years of ICU, ER (including pediatric, intubation, and mechanical ventilation experience)
• Nursery (Level 1) expertise: Attend high risk C-sections and participate in neonatal resuscitations
• Proficient with Drager V500, Hamilton T-1 ventilators, neo puff devices, and EPIC documentation
• Current NRP, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory care to diverse patient populations in fast-paced settings
• Respond to emergency scenarios including pediatric and neonatal intervention
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and support Med/Surg floors as required
• Attend all required training modules and hospital annual skills fairs
• Maintain compliance with patient safety and identification protocols
