Schedule:

• 36 hours weekly guarantee
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Required: 2 on-call shifts per 8-week schedule
• Floating between campuses may be required

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience (ICU, ER-pediatric intubation/ventilation, Level 1 Nursery, Med-Surg)
• Proficient with Drager V500, Hamilton T-1 ventilators, and neo puff
• Experience with EPIC documentation system
• Certified in NRP, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Proven ability to prioritize in a busy emergency setting, with strong critical thinking and a compassionate, team-oriented approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert respiratory care across ICU, ER, Nursery (attending high-risk deliveries and resuscitations), and Med-Surg units
• Safely operate advanced ventilatory equipment and support neonates to adults
• Document care using EPIC EMR
• Participate as a vital member of code and resuscitation teams
• Adhere to all hospital policies, complete required learning modules, and maintain compliance with patient identification protocols
