Take on an impactful opportunity providing dedicated physical therapy services in a supportive educational environment. As a contract physical therapist, you’ll be working directly with one high-needs student, ensuring focused, individualized care within a welcoming school community. You’ll work just 30 minutes weekly on-site, providing expert therapy, monitoring progress, and adapting interventions to help the student achieve their highest potential. With a start date as soon as possible and a commitment through May 2027, you’ll experience the fulfillment of seeing long-term growth and success.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy License (required)
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress reporting a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver scheduled on-site physical therapy services to one student with high needs
• Assess, plan, and implement customized therapy interventions
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
