Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO is seeking a Residence Hall Director (RHD), a full-time live‑in professional responsible for community development, student retention, staff supervision, conduct administration, and daily operations for a residence hall housing 150–400 students. The incumbent must live on campus in a college‑provided apartment.
