This leader partners with senior leadership to align talent, organizational structure, and workforce capabilities with business priorities while ensuring HR programs and practices effectively support the organization.This role combines strategic business partnership with functional HR leadership, requiring the ability to understand business needs, influence senior leaders, develop talent, and translate organizational priorities into scalable people strategies and solutions.ResponsibilitiesCorporate HR Business PartnershipServe as the primary HR Business Partner for corporate departments and their leadership teamsAdvise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent decisions, and organizational changeCoach leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, accountability, team performance, and decision-makingPartner with leaders to ensure organizational structures, roles, and capabilities support current and future business needsUse workforce data and organizational insights to identify talent risks, capability gaps, and opportunities for improvementTalent and Organizational EffectivenessLead talent reviews and succession planning for corporate functions, strengthening bench strength for key and critical rolesPartner with leaders to identify high-potential talent and create meaningful development and career opportunitiesDrive strategies that strengthen engagement, collaboration, accountability, and organizational effectivenessSupport onboarding and transition planning for new and promoted leadersGuide leaders through organizational growth, restructuring, and other significant business changesHR Centers of ExcellenceProvide direct leadership and oversight for assigned HR Centers of Excellence, ensuring programs and practices align with business priorities and organizational needsEstablish clear strategies, priorities, service expectations, and measures of success for assigned HR functionsDevelop HR team capability and create clear accountability for execution, responsiveness, and continuous improvementEnsure HR programs are practical, scalable, and effectively implemented across the organizationPartner across HR and the business to identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve the Team Member experience, and strengthen organizational capabilityMaintain awareness of evolving HR practices, employment requirements, and industry trends relevant to assigned areas of responsibilitySkills and KnowledgeAbility to coach, influence, and build credibility with senior leaders, Ability to lead and develop HR teams and Centers of Excellence, Data-driven approach to identifying organizational trends, risks, and opportunities, Experience leading organizational change in a fast-paced, growing environment, Strategic HR business partnership and organizational leadership, Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people strategies, Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, Strong organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management capabilities, Strong succession planning, leadership development, and performance management expertiseQualifications10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience supporting multi-unit retail operationsStrong background in HR business partnership, talent development, and succession planning within high-growth environmentsExperience supporting large, geographically dispersed field organizationsProven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational changeBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipmentAble to clearly view and read information on a computer screenOccasionally lift or move items up to 15 poundsLocation and Travel RequirementsOn-site in Lenexa, KSMust be able to travel up to 15%Pay Range$160,000.00 - $210,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobleads-US
