Senior Associate Attorney

The Role As a Senior Associate, you will take a lead role in managing a diverse caseload for our municipal, corporate, and litigation clients. This is an opportunity for a litigator who enjoys direct client interaction and the responsibility of seeing a case through from inception to resolution. Core Practice Areas: Commercial Litigation & Product Liability Defense General Counsel Services for Corporate Clients Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead your own independent caseload. Represent clients in court appearances, city meetings, and strategic client consultations. Provide expert general counsel and litigation support to a stable, long-term client base. Qualifications We are looking for a disciplined, high-caliber advocate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation or municipal law. Licensure: Must be barred and in good standing in both Kansas and Missouri . Experience: Proven track record of managing cases and appearing in court.
