Associate Attorney

Overview Firm seeks an experienced attorney with 1 - 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience capable of immediately assuming responsibility in a wide range of cases. Licensure in both Kansas and Missouri strongly preferred. The small, well-respected Crown Center law firm has a broad litigation and trial practice covering consumer claims, products liability, class actions, civil rights and employment cases for a diverse group of clients including businesses, governmental entities, and insurers. Responsibilities Independently handle cases from inception to trial. Work on insurance defense matters across a broad range of cases. Qualifications 1 - 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience. Licensure in Kansas and Missouri strongly preferred. Strong written, analytical and communication skills. Significant client-facing experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and able to contribute to a positive firm culture.
