Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Overland Park, KS. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing comprehensive legal representation in various practice areas, including foreclosure and bankruptcy. Duties Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related court proceedings. Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice. Requirements Licensed in Pennsylvania (required). 3+ years of experience in creditors' rights preferred. Experience in bankruptcy or foreclosure. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and driven. Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
