Job Summary:

Our healthcare agency is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing support to those in need. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, ensuring that patients are comfortable and safe, providing companionship. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in your community.

Starting hourly rate: $15.00+ per hour

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in patient's health and behavior to the healthcare team.
Assist with medical tasks as needed.
Provide companionship to clients by engaging in conversation and activities.
Assist clients with mobility and transfer as needed.
Help with meal planning and preparation, and provide assistance with feeding if required.
Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment.

Requirements

Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
CPR certification.
Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Physical stamina and flexibility to lift and move patients.
Ability to pass background check
