Job Summary:

Our healthcare agency is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and providing support to those in need. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, ensuring that patients are comfortable and safe, providing companionship. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those in your community.

Starting hourly rate: $15.00+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient's health and behavior to the healthcare team.
• Assist with medical tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship to clients by engaging in conversation and activities.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfer as needed.
• Help with meal planning and preparation, and provide assistance with feeding if required.
• Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment.

Requirements

• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA).
• CPR certification.
• Understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Physical stamina and flexibility to lift and move patients.
• Ability to pass background check
