Maintenance Mechanic
- North Wales, PA

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a well-established manufacturing company in North Wales, PA. This is a day shift position offering excellent benefits, overtime opportunities and the chance to work on custom-built manufacturing equipment within a stable, long-term manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to minimise downtime
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on custom-built manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Repair and replace bearings, cylinders, pulleys, drive systems and machine components
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting including motors, controls and machine wiring
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
- Work closely with Production to maximise equipment reliability and plant efficiency
- Complete maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices
What We're Looking For:
- Strong industrial maintenance experience within manufacturing
- Excellent mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment
- PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting experience preferred
