Role Overview Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred. Licenses: Valid RN license. Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher levels.
