Registered Nurse - Emergency Department
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department team. This position will involve providing care for patients from newborns to geriatrics, excluding obstetrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Participate in patient and family education.
- May be requested to float to various locations as needed.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), preferably Cerner.
- Ability and willingness to learn and gain experience in pediatrics if not previously trained.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Location
This position may require travel to various locations within the region, including opportunities in Laconia, NH, and Franklin, NH.
