Litigation Attorney

Job Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Hybrid LHH is partnering with a reputable regional law firm in Las Vegas, NV that specializes in complex litigation matters across business, employment, general liability, and professional liability. The firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will manage cases independently, draft motions such as motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trials including witness prep, exhibit organization, and trial strategy. Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and courtroom experience are essential.
