Job description: LITIGATION ATTORNEY | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURYRapidly growing PI firm in Las Vegas is looking for a PI Attorney. Our litigation attorneys are hands-on, strategic, and relentless in pursuing the best possible outcomes for clients. From depositions through trial, youll take ownership of your cases, refine litigation strategy as matters evolve, and play a key role in delivering impactful results.WHAT YOULL DOAs a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigationPerform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damagesDraft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgmentHandle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counselMaintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updatesServe as first chair in civil jury trialsCollaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategy and drive successful outcomes Qualifications: WHAT WERE LOOKING FORAttorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV.5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experienceStrong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigationExcellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal authorityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomesExperience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidanceAbility to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyDemonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Why is This a Great Opportunity: BENEFITS & PERKSIn addition to a competitive salary, this position will receive the following benefits:12 paid holidays annually10 days of paid vacation annually6 days of sick leave annuallyMedical insurance401(k) with 4% fully vested safe-harbor company matchTraining and continuing education budgetRegular firm eventsCompany-issued laptop replaced every 3 years - after 3 years, your work laptop becomes your personal laptopOccasional access to premium event tickets and company suite experiences, based on availabilitySalary Type : Annual SalarySalary Min : $ 180000Salary Max : $ 250000Currency Type : USDNigel
