Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional limitations and craft individualized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, increasing strength, and alleviating pain.

• Adhere to applicable state practice acts and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all clinical activities.

• Utilize various assessment tools to determine patient needs and document outcomes, fostering transparent communication regarding treatment progress and barriers.

• Implement and supervise therapeutic protocols based on clinical judgment, evolving patient conditions, and best practices in the healthcare landscape.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and health professionals, engaging in patient case discussions to compellingly address complex patient needs.

• Create detailed discharge plans and provide follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment, documenting all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner.

• Complete mandatory training and development sessions, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance standards and proficiency in modern therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver high-quality patient care by managing assigned treatments efficiently, contributing to optimal departmental productivity and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with digital health solutions or applications in physical therapy settings.

• Prior experience in rehabilitative therapy focusing on chronic pain management and post-operative rehabilitation.
