BBSI has partnered with a respected Commercial Security Systems & Surveillance company serving clients throughout Central and Southern California. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team and Account Managers with daily administrative activities.
• Answer incoming sales calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Prepare work orders, job packets, and project documentation.
• Create, track, and coordinate customer service tickets through completion.
• Follow up with customers and internal teams regarding project status.
• Perform quality control reviews of completed system testing.
• Maintain organized files and assist with special sales projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or project coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Driver's License
• Clear background
• Ability to obtain a California Alarm Company Employee Registration
