Offering 5 LDRP rooms and a strong focus on quality and evidence-based care, our department is the perfect environment to let your skills shine.About our area:Whitefish sits in the heart of the Flathead Valley, which offers an endless array of outdoor recreation, skiing, hiking, and biking trails, whitewater rafting, and the breathtaking Glacier National Park. If you love living the outdoor lifestyle on your days off, this is the place for you!Seasonal position details:* **Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period*** **15% Premium (Seasonal differntial)*** **Additional night and weekend shift differential pay*** **401(k) Eligible*** **Fitness center membership discount*** **$1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 30 days in position*** **$1,000 Seasonal Bonus paid after 60 days in position*** **$2,000 Seasonal Completion Bonus*** **No health benefits offered****Seasonal Minimum Qualification:****Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable labor and delivery nursing experience to the unit assigned.**What you'll do:This role offers the opportunity to provide care across labor and delivery, postpartum, and Level I nursery in a supportive, team-based environment.* Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in all areas of the birthing experience* Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, evidence-based care* Participate in a culture of continuous learning, quality improvement, and shared successWho you are:* An experienced OB/Labor and Delivery nurse* A calm, confident presence in high-stakes situations* You value strong teamwork and communication skills* Committed to patient-centered care and lifelong learning* Able to work both independently and as part of a team**Qualifications:*** Current Montana RN License **or** a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required.* BSN degree preferred.* RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first.* Two years experience in a similar unit is required.* ALS(ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer* NRP certification must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer* EFM certification or EFM instructor status must be obtained within six (6) months of hire/transfer.* STABLE preferred.If you’re ready to bring your experience and passion to a birth center that values connection, quality, and teamwork, apply today!**Shift:**Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)**Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts for 13-week assignment.**Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
