Job Title: Production Team Member (Paid Training + Growth Opportunities!)

What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment and machinery with full training provided
• Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet high-quality standards
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and production-ready
• Perform quality checks and report any issues or defects
• Work collaboratively to hit daily production goals

What You Bring

• No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
• Capable of lifting up to 30–50 lbs when needed
• Basic math and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience
• Experience in fast-paced or team-driven environments

Work Environment

Our facility features a clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned production floor , designed to keep you comfortable and focused throughout your shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.

The pay range for this position is $18.19 - $25.00/hr.
