Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their personal and business insurance needs.

Create customized protection plans that offer true peace of mind for our neighbors in Haslett.

Manage your own pipeline of leads while nurturing existing client relationships for long-term retention.

Participate in local community events and initiatives to build our agency’s presence.

Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate quotes and timely policy delivery.

Stay current on market changes and product updates to provide relevant advice to every person you assist.

Requirements

Michigan Property Casualty Insurance Producer License.

Documented experience in a sales-focused role, preferably within the insurance industry.

Strong ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize daily outreach.

Polished communication skills, especially when explaining complex coverage details.

Technical comfort with industry-standard management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Experience with local networking or community-based relationship building.
