Base salary only for previous high-performing producers. Other opportunities are available on a commission-only basis. The typical Insurance Producer earns between $60,000 and $90,000, High performers as much as $250,000.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client circumstances.

Nurture existing client relationships through regular check-ins and attentive service.

Manage policy administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.

Continuously expand knowledge of insurance products and industry best practices.

Requirements

Valid Michigan Property Casualty License (Required)

Proven success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.

Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.

A genuine desire to help people protect their assets and futures.
