We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Processor Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

** Key Responsibilities **

1. Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally
2. Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
3. Assist Closer with processing files from contract through funding.
4. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
5. Maintain accurate electronic files and update transaction status throughout the closing process.
6. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

** Qualifications **

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
