Role Description

• Location: On-site
• Type: Full-Time or Part-time
• Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 base salary

About the Role

This is the person who keeps the marketing engine running. You'll sit at the center of everything — digital campaigns, paid ads, SEO, events, content, analytics, social media, etc — making sure nothing falls through the cracks and everything moves forward. This isn't a "pick one lane" role. You'll touch every part of marketing and be expected to move fast, think sharp, and care about the details that most people miss.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing projects across digital, paid, SEO, and events — keeping everything on track, on time, and on budget
• Manage vendor, agency, and partner relationships — designers, media buyers, printers, event coordinators
• Maintain and organize marketing calendars, asset libraries, documentation, and filing systems
• Coordinate event logistics for trade shows, open houses, and industry functions from planning through follow-up
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure spend is aligned with priorities and approved allocations
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for leadership review
• Manage email marketing platforms, CRM data hygiene, and audience segmentation
• Keep cross-functional communication tight between marketing, sales, and operations
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency across marketing operations
• Step in wherever the team needs support — no task is too small when it needs to get done

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
• Comfortable working across both campaign execution and marketing tools/systems.
• Experience with or exposure to AI type marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier or similar).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, templates, and campaign coordination.
• Basic experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
• Exposure to paid ads and digital marketing channels.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or start-up environments
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
